Estate Atelier
An atelier is a workshop where things are made to measure. We approach real estate the same way: we handle every sale, purchase and rental individually, with attention to detail and to the people we work with.
We are a boutique agency from Warsaw, working in the capital and the towns around it. Each of us personally handles our own listings and knows them in detail: their strengths, documents and history. This lets us answer buyers’ questions quickly and prepare each transaction well.
Estate Atelier grew out of Oskiera Nieruchomości. We have been selling and letting property since 2022 – that experience, dozens of completed transactions and the trust of our clients are the foundation of the new brand. Estate Atelier is a trade name of Oskiera Nieruchomości sp. z o.o.: the company, the people, the address and the way we work stay the same. On some listing photos you will still see our former logo.

Founder
Krystian Oskiera
Licensed real estate agent (licence no. 28181), formerly a sales team manager at large companies in Poland and a graduate of the Sandler Selling & Management System programme.
From that experience we brought clear rules of cooperation, regular reporting and well-organised transactions.
